*Position: * Equipment Operator/Laborer
*Responsibilities:*
* Operate and maintain agricultural equipment for applying fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other crop protection products.
* Ensure accurate and precise application of chemicals according to agronomic prescriptions and safety standards.
* Calibrate equipment to achieve proper application rates and coverage, minimizing waste and environmental impact.
* Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure functionality and safety.
* Keep detailed records of applied products, equipment maintenance, and field conditions.
* Monitor weather conditions and adjust application schedules accordingly to optimize effectiveness and minimize risks.
* Collaborate with agronomists, farmers, and other team members to develop effective crop management plans.
* Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements related to chemical handling, application, and disposal.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests from clients.
* Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in custom application techniques.

* Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with our assistance).
* Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.
