Siding Foreman

*This opportunity is paying $20/hr - $26/hr, based on experience.
* *Job Summary* * Ability to install various types of siding (vinyl and hardboard) * Knowledge of window and door installation procedures * Manage and conduct appropriate repairs on all types of siding * Small repair jobs and siding maintenance * Responsible for paperwork, timesheets and ensuring Carlson Exteriors policies are being followed *Candidate Requirements* * Minimum of five (5) or more years' experience in Residential Roofing * Working knowledge of Residential siding procedures and safety * Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills * Proficient with computers and emailing * Carpentry experience is a plus.
