Sales Delivery Coordinator
Job Purpose
As a Delivery Coordinator, you make it your duty to ensure every O’Brien Hyundai customer has a unique and pleasant experience when picking up their new or pre-owned vehicle.
You will interact with every department to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.
This will include ensuring that the vehicle is prepared and that all paperwork is completed by the relevant manager.
The customer will be taken through all of the features and functions of their vehicle in a way that exudes passion and knowledge of the vehicle and the brand.
This position is ideal for the professional whose passion for superior customer service will easily be recognized.
Basic Qualifications
High School education or equivalent.
Secondary education preferred.
Valid and current driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in a similar role or in a sales position.
People focused and passionate about providing great customer service.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities
Assesses customer knowledge and priorities to personalize and deliver an awesome Hyundai ownership experience.
Explains and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies, focusing on customer comfort level and customer retention.
Acquires and maintains total product knowledge on all vehicles, answering product questions on the telephone and with walk-ins.
Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.
and their benefits to our clients.
Follow up with customers within 1 week after delivery to answer questions and/or conduct additional appointments with customers to teach vehicle feature operations.
Directs customers to additional information resources, as needed.
