Creative role that reports to the Community Manager at Candlewood Estates Community.
Responsibilities will include updating and posting home listings for sale and rental.
Creating marketing Collateral that will be approved by Sales Director.
Updating different marketing channels to drive traffic.
Assisting in home tours with prospects.
Following up with previously interested prospects to achieve a follow up meeting.
Updating CRM and software systems with current data and inventory status of homes.
This position will office from a newly built home staged with furniture to help provide a more marketable customer experience.
This role requires you to dress in casual or professional business attire and present well when interfacing with clients and colleagues.
There is room for career advancement and additional overrides on home sales and rental transactions.
We offer salary or hourly depending on the hours you are available to work.
