*What we are specifically looking for is someone with:*
* The drive to get fully immersed in partnering in the startup of this new business.
* 5-7 years of hands-on sign making experience
* Graphic design experience, specifically in the Adobe suite or similar.
* Experience with RIP software
* Color management and matching experience
* Broad range of Sign Installation experience (surface applications, wraps, monuments, channel letters, dimensional signs, etc.
)
* Experience with face-to-face customer interactions
* Versed in coordinating with outsource partners, suppliers and sub-contractors
* Self starter with high personal expectations
* Exceptional organizational skills
* A hunger to learn and grow professionally
* The ability to have fun
Other qualifications:
* Knowledge of cutting tools, application tools, power tools and hardware for sign installation
* Knowledge of, and ability to work with, different substrates
* Must have flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics to substrate
* Project management/workflow experience, a plus
* People leadership experience, a plus
* Valid driver’s license
