I have two very sweet cats, sorry no other pets allowed.
I won't say I'm the cleanest person in the world, but I do like to keep things neat.
I don't cook a lot, so the kitchen is also very available.
I like to think I'm respectful, kind and funny.
The apartment is in Golfview Village.
We have AC, microwave, washer/dryer and Wifi.
The room is on the 2nd floor about 10x10 with a closet.
I don't have a ton of furniture, but I do have an air mattress you can use.
I also have a storage space in the backyard, which you could mostly use yourself.
Looking for someone laidback, has a job, decent credit.
Must split utilities and wifi.
You will have to sign the lease and get a background check.
Move in is First and Last=$800.
Available March 1, but I am willing to work things if you need to move in sooner.
