Qik N EZ is a family-owned convenience store chain with 12 locations serving over 2 million customers in 6 cities.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager with daily store operations and creating outstanding customer experiences.
Job Details:
Pay: $18.
00 per hour
Market: Bloomington, IL
Hours: 45 scheduled hours per week

Areas of Responsibility:
Ensure the highest level of customer service
Assist the General Manager in creating a customer-friendly environment
Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or inquiries
Manage shifts with prioritization based upon store needs and tasks as required
Ensure conditions across the store exceed company standards
Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, company policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
Open availability to work opposite of store manager, which includes nights, weekends, holidays, and being on call as needed
Reliable transportation in the form of a personal vehicle and a valid IL driver’s license
Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, food or fuel is required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Natural leader, effective motivator, and communicator
