Personal Shopper

Take online orders from customers and do their shopping.
Pick out the items they have chosen.
Handle their receipts and transactions.
Take their purchases to their cars when the arrive.
- Offer exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the shopping experience - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store - Keep the sales floor organized and stocked with merchandise Qualifications: - Fluent in English with excellent communication skills - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines - Ability to work well in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism - Exceptional organizational skills to keep track of customer preferences and product information Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
