Currently dealerships in Bloomington Illinois are looking to add to our business development center! Our customer base is growing and we need more hands on deck!
This position comes with a monthly bonus!
Responsibilities
Responsible for receiving incoming calls
Respond to/follow up on all customer Internet inquiries via email, call and text
Make follow-up calls to customers
Grow our customer base by setting appointments to look at vehicles
Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments
Give new customers a great initial impression of the dealership
Qualifications
Must be friendly and have a positive, professional attitude
Must like talking on the phone and answering customers' questions about our extensive line of products
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Great organizational skills
The ability to multitask, follow direction, be open to change, work effectively under pressure, and to positively defuse negative situations with customers
Committed to customer service and satisfaction
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Candidates must be reliable and must report to work every day on time
