9 month doodle

Ziggy aka Zigs or ZigZag is a sweet boy who needs a home where he can get more 1 on 1 attention.
DOB 2/27/23.
Was mislead about him from person purchased him from.
He has the potential to be a wonderful dog in the right home,which unfortunately isn't mine.
I went for an older puppy/young dog because with my schedule needed a few basic things to be done so could bring a new dog into my home.
1st was needed to be 100% housebroken/crate trained for a normal work day( 8 to 8.
5 hrs),was told he was,he isn't and I can't get him fully housebroken even though have tried but with the schedule I work it isn't working.
On days I'm only gone about 5-6 hrs we have no accidents but anything beyond that he has accidents,even taking him out after eating,before I leave and restricting food/water yet he is fine overnight.
2nd while he is great with the kids he is very shy of adults but warms up w treats.
He is great with other dogs and like I said the kids buy he tends to spin in circles most of the time when trying to walk him but does straighten out eventually,he loves being outside; he runs circles around my older dogs figuratively and literally (was told he was a very calm dog which inside for most part he is but outside wants to run and play which is great when my kids younger dogs come for a visit but not so much with my older dogs,he just can't get them to play and they get annoyed w him kissing them or trying to get them to play ).
Can not put a blanket in his crate will chew them up but doesn't chew up things in the house when loose except he has a fascination with my house plants which he will eat,dig in the dirt and then chew on the pots.
If worked less and had more time to work with him this wouldn't have been a big deal but I don't.
Was told he was an aussiedoodle.
Was told would get my neuter deposit back w either proof of neuter or statement from vet in why he couldn't be neutered within 21 days of getting him.
Vet suggested not neutering till at least 10 months old,preferably a 1 yr old and sent a letter from vet to show that.
When asked about my neuter deposit being refunded still after neuter I received no answer and was then blocked.
Was told he was utd on shots and they'd fax the records to vet and never did so I cant say he is or not.
I am asking a very reasonable fee for him to recoup some of my funds but nowhere near asking the almost $800 he cost me plus his grooming and shots because he does need worked with.
He will come with his food and treats.

I am letting you know what I wasn't told so that hopefully your home will be his last.
He does have to be neutered.

Fenced yard is strongly reccomend so he can run free and play as he loves running outside.
He is a very smart boy as already goes out to pen and in without a leash when told.
** Update he got his rabies and a groom done the week of 11/25.
When has his full coat everyone thinks he is a sheepdog puppy with his long wavy coat.
He has beautiful markings.
