*Unit Aide Job Description*
As a Unit Aide, you will play a vital role in our resident and guest outcomes and overall experience by providing individualized and compassionate care.
Unit Aides assist residents with daily needs, including personal care needs, preparation for activity and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
*Unit Aide Responsibilities*
* Sit with residents 1 on 1.
* Fill resident's cups with ice.
* Assist with making beds.
* Assist with activities.
*Unit Aide Requirements*
* Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
