Brookstone Estates of Rantoul is seeking a Culinary Services Director to join our team!
Responsibilities:
* Oversees the food service program with dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
* Plans and prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions.
* Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas.
* Conducts inventory and purchasing activities while ensuring that budget guidelines are achieved.
* Hires, trains, schedules, and leads the dietary team in providing exceptional dietary service.
* Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction.
Qualifications:
* Must hold current ServSafe Managers certification
* Previous dietary management experience preferred
* Prior senior/supportive living experience desired
* Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
