Parts Lead

```Duties``` - Receive and process parts orders from customers and technicians - Maintain accurate inventory records using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts - Inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy - Organize and maintain the parts storage area - Assist technicians and customers in locating and selecting the correct parts for repairs - Perform data entry tasks to update inventory and order information in the order management system ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in supply / inventory management or parts management preferred - Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain management processes - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn - Mechanical knowledge is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
