Management is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Qik n’ EZ convenience store.
*Job Details*
*Starting Salary: *$55,000 per year
*Markets:* Bloomington-Normal, IL
*Hours:* 50 scheduled hours per week

*Areas of Responsibility:*
* Ensure the highest level of customer service
* Responsible for hiring, training, managing and retaining team members
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or inquiries
* Manage shifts with prioritization based upon store needs and tasks
* Ensure conditions across the store exceed company standards
* Manage inventory and implement inventory and marketing plans
* Analyze store trends and financial data in order to maximize sales and profitability
* Evaluate results and trends from audits, implementing policies and procedures to amplify sales and use data to minimize inventory losses and write-offs
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and company policies and procedures
*Basic Qualifications: *
* Management experience in retail, food or fuel
* Outstanding interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Natural leader, effective motivator and communicator

* Must be able to lift 50 pounds
