Your responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Team Lead in Normal, IL and the surrounding areas.
Team Leads are responsible for overseeing multiple sorting, inspection and rework jobs within an automotive manufacturing facility.
The key responsibilities of the Team Lead include, but are not limited to the following:
Launching new locations for quality services at customer locations
Creating process flows, Standardized work, work instructions and training the employees to those items.
Performing safety audits, process audits, 6S audits and managing the employees in a safe workspace.
Clearly communicating with the customer on a daily basis.
Traveling to new work locations as they are launching.
Your profile
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent, Associates degree or higher preferred
Proficient with Microsoft office products
Ability to travel for work
Preferred Skills
Strong attention to detail
Self-starter and can work independently
Warehouse experience
