Wage Range: $86,720 - $154,168 Your Job If you're interested in overseeing all back-office functions, operations staff, and advisor support staff for Asset Management Trust Services (AMTS) in accordance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements, our AMTS Operations Manager role may be for you! Responsibilities: Administer the AMTS technology stack Serve as Chair of the Trust Management Committee (TMC) and the Non-Deposit Investment Products Sub-Committee Deliver tax reporting to governmental bodies, clients, and designates Complete TMC and internal management reports, external reports, and regulatory filings Work with internal audit staff, State examiners, and FDIC examiners to ensure operational compliance and risk minimization Serve as liaison between the Broker/Dealer and Heartland Bank Provide management reports for HBT Investment Services.
Manage compensation calculation for commission-based HBTIS Consultants Serve as main point of contact for firms providing services to AMTS Who You Are Bachelors or Masters in Business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience 10 years progressive experience with trust services and treasury management or related experience preferred Who We Are Heartland Bank is a subsidiary of HBT Financial, Inc.
