Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating the overall clinical operations of the company, by collobarting with interdisciplnary teams across various locations to achieve clinical compliance.
Essential Job Duties:
Oversee clinical team including but not limited to Regional Nurse Consultants, Directors of Nursing, etc.
Set, monitor and manage metrics and KPIs for department across all locations.
Simultaneous management of multiple projects with varying size and complexity.
Be knowledgable of accrediation standards, IDPH, state, federal guidelines, laws and survey methodologies and related toold for regulatory, QAPI and survey compliance.
Individual will work closely with operations leaders and executive management, internal business units, and leaders across all facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must possess an encumbered Registered Nurse License in the state of IL.
Bachelors' degree required.
A minimum of ten years experience in the Long term care industry preferred.
