Director of Maintenace and Grounds

Exciting opportunity for a Director role overseeing various community projects.
Will be responsible for training a team of maintenace techs and groundskeepers.
Will meet daily with their team to ensure the following: Routine maintenance of home inventory Assists in maintaining a clean and green community.
Ensures all debris and garbage is picked up in and around the grounds Takes inventory of machines and equipment as well as preventative maintenace of such Eliminates waste of materials and unnecessary expenses as it relates to maintenace, and construction expenses in and around the community Must be able to utilize a computer and have basic technology skills Must be a strong and positive leader willing to mentor other team members Able to locate and retain a network of vendor partners Able to perform basic landscape and snow plow duties Provide upkeep of inventory homes and vacant sites Maintains and repairs buildings' plumbing and electrical systems.
Inspect and maintain amenities such playgrounds, parks, common areas, picnic areas, gyms, clubhouses, and other community buildings.
Able to operate equipment and company vehicles safely Must have a valid drivers license
