Hybrid work arrangement for Enterprise Technology is defined as residing with a 180 mile radius of the Hubs and Corporate.

Incumbency: This position will have a 12-month incumbency period, beginning on the effective date of the position, which must be met before the employee can post for any other lateral State Farm position.

Professional/Technical or Para-professional/Support) after 6 months from the effective date of the position.
In these cases, the remaining incumbency would be waived.

This will require collaborating with the development community, product and platform owners and vendors to ensure resiliency and recovery needs are met.

: Terraform, Cloud Formation) Ability to conduct research and integrate industry best practices into processes and potential solutions Strong understanding of large enterprise systems and engineering practices Critical thinking skills to challenge current thinking and apply right technology to solve problems Ability to learn and adopt new technologies and languages The passion to advocate and educate others Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others Preferred Skills: Experience with AWS (Lamdas, DynamoDB, S3, OpenSearch, QuickSight, API Gateway, Route53, etc.
) JavaScript (ex: Ember, ReactJS, NodeJS) Experience with Credential Management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, etc.
