Heritage Operations Group is currently seeking a Facility Manager to join our Facilities Department in downtown Bloomington.
This position will oversee the Environmental Services Departments at all Facilities and require frequent travel to our owned and managed nursing facilities throughout the state of Illinois.
Additional Duties Responsibilities:
* Provide Project Management and evaluation of facilities to ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations.
* Provide material research and evaluation of products and equipment to maintain the nursing facilities.
* Utilize appropriate resources to maintain buildings and fixtures consistent with industry standards and best practices.
* Review facility blueprints to coordinate and direct activities of workers engaged in facility maintenance and repairs.
* Visit nursing facilities on a regular basis for inspection, feedback, and services to correct deficiencies.

Qualifications:
* Must have extensive knowledge of national fire safety, life safety, OSHA, building, electrical, and plumbing and HVAC codes and standards.
* Knowledge of IL regulations/facility codes as they relate to the senior care industry.
* Must have a clean driving record and IL driver's license
* Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Must work as a member of the team effectively, efficiently, and professionally
