Learning Development Managers are highly engaged and foster creative environments to deliver high quality and innovative products with pace.
Additional expectations: Responsible for overseeing teams that design and deliver a variety of modern learning and performance support tactics with a significant focus on agility and pace.
Ability to cultivate and maintain partnerships with other key Agency Learning teams and HR&D.

A background in learning technique and e-Learning development.
An understanding of accessibility standards, brand guidelines and effective visual design.
Knowledge with e-Learning tools and other technologies used in learning development.
Experience leading the design of technology, such as Articulate, Camtasia and Canva.
Experience managing multiple priorities, significant workload, and individuals’ capacity to align with strategic priorities and creative demand.
Additional Preferred Skillsets: User Experience Design- Identifies and conducts end-user research, identifies strategic opportunities, and leverages the principles of end-user experience design to optimize the end-user experience resulting in the overall improvement of targeted business outcomes.
Product Management- Analyzes information and data related to technology products in order to ensure products provide sufficient value to end-users and to find opportunities to improve results.
Pace-Setting Leadership – Demonstrates a goal-oriented leadership style that drives quality work product in as fast a rate as possible.
