Your primary responsibility will be to trim our projects in compliance with project specifications using creativity and craftsmanship to put together the final details of our projects.
You will need to maintain quality execution and cleanliness on the job site, ensuring all work is done in compliance with relevant building and safety codes.

Specific Responsibilities:
Promote job site safety and enforce site safety policies
Maintain quality execution and cleanliness on the job site
Finish Carpentry champion
Frame Carpentry (if necessary)
Demolition (if necessary)
Position Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience
Good working knowledge of construction practices, tools, terminology, and safety precautions
Ability to work well and communicate efficiently with clients, and other team members
Highly organized and systematic
Strong leadership abilities
Creative problem-solver with good troubleshooting skills
Ability to understand construction documents and plans
