Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing teams that design and deliver a variety of modern learning and performance support tactics in alignment with learning strategy with a significant focus on agility and pace Works with Enterprise Technology, HR&D and Enterprise Operations partners to ensure alignment on the use of key technology platforms such as WalkMe, Oracle and Workday Responsible for a broad and significant scope of work; leads managers to set clear priorities and roadmaps for development of web, eLearning, WalkMe elements and other technical deliverables needed to support agents and their teams Manages vendor supported learning budget and partnership with key vendors, ensuring a maximum return on investment Partners with other Agency Directors and business partners to resolve conflicts in priorities and adjust capacity as needed Thinks about the future of learning and technology and proactively identifies and delivers on new and emerging approaches such as Artificial Intelligence This position is a Hybrid work arrangment, located in Bloomington IL, Dunwoody GA, Richardson TX, or Tempe AZ.
Remote work arrangements will not be considered, and relocation will not be offered.
#LI-JZ1 Qualifications: Experiences and Background: Experience leading the design, development and implementation of technology (ideally a key learning technology as noted above) Experience working with external vendors Demonstrated examples of leading complex projects and program teams Demonstrated examples of taking strategy to execution efficiently and with pace A background in learning technique, performance support, instructional design or elearning development would be helpful but not mandatory Background and experience working with agents or Agency Field Leadership would also be ideal but not mandatory Skillsets for the role: User Experience Design - Identifies and conducts end-user research, identifies strategic opportunities, and leverages the principles of end-user experience design to optimize the end-user experience resulting in the overall improvement of targeted business outcomes Product Management - Analyzes information and data related to technology products in order to ensure products provide sufficient value to end-users and to find opportunities to improve results Conflict Resolution - Quickly, respectfully and effectively resolves disagreements across business partners in order to balance expectations and different or opposing priorities; uses assertiveness, active listening and leadership courage Resource Allocation - Ability to prioritize and manage significant scope by effectively allocating resources in a way that maximizes the benefit to the customer and company as measured by business outcomes Ecosystem Mindset - Ability to deliberately work across departments to achieve results, mutually rely on business partners, and go outside departmental boundaries to get work accomplished Culture Requirements: Culture creator: Sets the tone for a positive culture by establishing high standards and demonstrating high integrity.
