Grow Your Skills, Grow Your Potential: Responsibilities: The Recovery and Continuity Empowering Resiliency Suite (RACERS) will create and execute a future state recovery strategy that is set at an enterprise level and will guide recovery efforts and solution enablement.
This Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for automating cyber resiliency and recovery methods in cloud and on-premises infrastructure with the goal of creating expertise and best practices for resiliency recovery and availability for all platforms including Cloud and SaaS.
You will thrive collaborating with the development community, product and platform owners and vendors to ensure resiliency and recovery needs are met.

Qualifications: Competitive candidates will bring the following: Experience programming language such as Python, Java or Javascript Experience with Credential Management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, etc.
) Experience with any open-source database such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
Experience with Logging, Tracing, and Reporting (Splunk, Dynatrace, AWS Cloud Watch, etc.
) Experience in CI/CD: (ex: Gitlab) Experience with API development and usage Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.
g.
: Terraform, Cloud Formation) Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others.
Critical thinking skills to challenge the status quo and apply solutions.
Ability to influence across business domains.
Passion to advocate change and educate others.
