You may not have a Grounds Crew background but if you have a strong work ethic and ability to pick up on detail oriented tasks, we can train the skills to the right candidate.

Essential Job Duties
Provide basic grounds maintenance work such as but not limited to: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, shrub pruning, weed control, etc.
Assist in Spring, Summer & Fall Cleanups
willingness to help in landscape jobs if needed
Must be present for snow removal in the winter months and have open availability for these snow and ice events
Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment
Maintain a professional appearance
Provide assistance in equipment repairs
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department
Complete daily and weekly reports
Be available for work hours 6am - up to 10-hour shifts Monday - Friday - Your workday is finished when the routes are complete.
however, if job duties are efficiently done and completed, Fridays are at the Operations managers discretion.
Crew leaders will arrive a little early to prepare for their crews day.
You will be a Crew Leader, the roles and responsibilities are to ensure that every property has the Reinhart approval on it before we leave our customers property.
Be presentable, clean-cut, and well spoken
Possess a high degree of motivation and strong work ethic
Have reliable transportation, with a valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
Be able to lift at least 50 lbs

We will provide shirts, hats, & sweatshirt.
