The Service Delivery Ops Senior Manager plays a vital role in creating long term customer relationships, acting as the bridge between the client, internal and external stakeholders and our operational delivery teams.
Accountable for people and performance across multiple delivery centers onshore in the US and offshore across India & Manila.
The role demands deep domain expertise of the Annuity business across all sub functions of the front office and the back office.
Key to success will be the ability to manage a large and diverse operation which includes the people, the performance and represent Accenture well with its clients.
Key Responsibilities: Focus on being agile and flexible to meet service obligations across variable, fixed and indexed annuities.
Manage and build on key client relationships to stay ahead of service challenges and key deliverables.
Influence and cultivate business relationships and alliances with senior management.
Accountable for delivering service and achieving business goals in line with the contractual obligations.
Management and ownership of service quality, cost, and leadership of the people delivering the program or function.
Lead the delivery strategy to meet and deliver on the value proposition to our clients.
Confidently and proactively support sales through solutioning, lead the execution of the solution plan delivery excellence programs to achieve the delivery and commercial expectations of Accenture offerings.
Sustainable business performance and accountability for and history of successful business results.
Growing understanding of the business strategy and ability to function as an advocate and influencer of others.
Value creation and idea sharing relating to strategic opportunities.
*Role requires some travel for on-site training and/or client meetings Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 10 years of experience with Individual Annuities.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing front office and back office in a contact center Minimum 5 years of experience in client engagement.
Must be FINRA Licensed Preferred Qualifications: Global experience Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
