Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and supervise staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Coordinate and execute banquet events, including setup, service, and cleanup
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following food safety guidelines
- Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing coaching to existing staff
- Must Know Cooking on Line.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
