, *a soybean processing facility and bottling plant, located in Gilman, IL, has an immediate opening for an
*Electrical, Controls & Instrumentation Manager*
*Responsibilities include:* ECI Manager will direct and facilitate Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation personnel.
This includes all electrical power flow systems, motors and drives, all control elements, and all instrumentation in the plant.
These control elements include Programmable Controllers (PLC), Distributed Controllers (DCS), IT network communication, Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).
This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.
*Requirements:*
* Knowledgeable with all electrical equipment and controls (motors/drives, control panels, switchgear, MCC and transformers).
* Experience with instrumentation and calibration.
* Proficient with Programmable Logic Controller programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.
).
* Ability to develop and edit HMI/SCADA systems (Wonderware, Intouch, Factorytalk, View, ME, SE, etc.
).
* Knowledge of Ethernet IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet, Modbus, Profibus, HART and serial communications.
* Use of CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) software systems.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology with 5-7 years' experience in an industrial environment, and previous experience in a soybean plant or ethanol facility.
Must have PLC and Visual program training certifications, and be authorized to work permanently in the US.
