*Second Shift Operations Lead*
Midwest Fiber, a leader in paper, plastic, single stream recycling and onsite paper hard drive setting, is growing!
We are looking for an Associate's degreed person with previous industrial, retail or fast food people management experience to take this newly opened lead position.
This is a "bench strength” position - we will be hiring a person who has potential to learn the business and progress in our organization over time.
The base rate for this position is $19.
00 per hour, and there are lead incentive opprtunites and a second shift differential.
This hands-on, learning position will:
* Positively, effectively manage assigned staff to meet and exceed goals.
* Help us with administrative and analysis work, special projects and other work.
* Demonstrate their "ownership mentality" while helping further build our teams.
We are looking for a person:
* With a two year college degree,
* Who has a stable employment history and great attendance,
* Who is a decent human being, emotionally intelligent, measured,
* Who will work positively and effectively to meet and exceed our goals.
* With previous people management experience.
