Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation, coffee brewing, bartending, banquet setup, and other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, bartending skills, banquet setup procedures, hotel operations, catering services, and food production processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
