The Assistant Manager: Maintenance provides oversite and hands on skill/expertise to maintain the site and facilities year round.
General experience in the areas of automotive/mechanics, renovations/construction, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, and HV/AC is ideal.
Pool operation experience a plus.
This position will share hosting duties, provide direction to volunteer work teams, and has the opportunity to be trained/lead in programming in areas such as hayrides, tree-climbing, archery, boating and swimming for campers and guests.
Communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical for working with other team members and to ensure compliance with the ACA, IDPH & the EPA.
Must have a valid drivers license.
The ideal candidate will have a heart for camping ministry and working in the out-of-doors.
