Maintenance Field Supervisor

Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities Responsibilities: - Supervise and oversee field operations of our maintenance department, ensuring efficient and effective execution of projects - Help coordinate and schedule work assignments for field technicians - Provide technical guidance and support to field technicians as needed - Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines - Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns - Maintain accurate records of project activities, including documentation of completed work and any necessary follow-up actions - Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans and procedures - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in grounds maintenance Qualifications: - Strong background in grounds maintenance.
- Chemical license preferred.
