Pharmacy Technician Supervisor

Overview: Salary range for this position is $59,155-69,597; Actual pay for this position is based on experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: Reports to the Pharmacy Operations Manager and is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing Pharmacy Services at their respective facility.
Assists in managing pharmacy staff members to ensure policy, procedures, performance standards and service expectations are met and collaborates with the Operations Manager in taking corrective staff action planning to mitigate efforts that impact OSF Healthcare.
Works collaboratively and maintains positive relationships with facility administrators, stakeholders and necessary committees to meet business, regulatory and service requirements.
Assists in effectively managing the capital, financial and human resources of the entity pharmacy department, including the pharmacy departments strategic plan, annual goals and policies/procedures.
Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School/GED Experience: 2 years' pharmacy experience Experience within settings that provided a depth and breadth of medication distribution and informal leadership experiences.
Requires licensure as a registered certified pharmacy technician in the state of Illinois or Michigan (dependent on location of the position).
Pharmacy Technician Certification validated by PTCB or National Healthcareer Certification (ExCPT).
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
