At Westminster Village, the Director of Information Systems will provide vision and leadership while helping us raise our game in Information Technology, Resident Engagement, Team Member Experience, and Management functions.
The ideal candidate is pragmatic in their understanding and support of innovative solutions and services yet focused on improving organization agility and outcomes.
The Director of Information Systems is responsible for helping maintain technology governance, infrastructure, enterprise applications and the organization’s digital information.
This position will collaborate and innovate with other Westminster Village teams and advise on new purchases and technology, monitor budgets, and provide guidance.
The Director of Information Systems will also be responsible for collaboration and process while working with our technology partners and vendors to always create a safe and secure environment across our campus and operations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems or related field
· Five years’ experience in information technology role, or related field; relevant experience comparable to management or leadership desired.
