Shift times are (currently): M-F 8:30am-4:30pm.
This schedule is subject to change per the needs of the 211 call center.
Position is full-time and an exempt supervisory role, meaning overtime can be a possibility without additional compensation.
Training will be over the first 2-4 weeks during regular business hours (M-F 8:30am-4:30pm)
Summary of essential job functions:
Assist with updating the 211 call center information.
Responsible for call center specialist management and scheduling in conjunction with 211 management.
Responsible for the agencies we answer for scheduling and on-call information in conjunction with 211 management.
Assist call center specialists with using database platform and checking for accuracy (call log reviews).
Assist with monitoring visits for call center specialists, including providing regular feedback for quality assurance purposes.
Ensure that follow-ups are being completed in a timely manner
Provide supervision and support to volunteers/staff in the caller center, ensuring that calls are properly handled.
Provide 211 texting services and assist in training/supervising on texting software.
Provide back-up and support to the call center including answering phone lines when needed.
Assist with the volunteer training program as needed.
Perform Consumer Satisfaction surveys.
Any additional assigned responsibilities as needed to ensure the success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
4-year degree in human services or related field, or comparable combination of education and/or work-related experience.
Strong time management skills.
Previous supervisory experience.
Previous 211 call center experience.
Agrees to obtain CRS designation after 1st year
Agrees to obtain I&R Coach Supervisor Certification
