*JOB PURPOSE*: Provide leadership and management for Let's Party Rental.
This includes management of staff, processes, quality, resources, safety, planning and performance improvement.
Plans, organizes, directs and monitors daily operations of Let's Party's work output.
*JOB QUALIFICATIONS*:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Three to five years’ progressive management experience.
Management Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills;
Experience: management experience in similar field; excellent problem solving skills
Licensure: Current Illinois Drivers license.

* *COMPETENCIES/RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Human Resource Management of employees in their departments including interviewing, hiring, evaluations, disciplinary actions, promotions, overtime management and firing.
* Designs and oversees employee orientation and ongoing education/inservice.
Assesses and ensures staff competency in key processes and equipment at hire and periodically afterwards.
* Oversight of Logistics including delivery and pickup schedules, staffing, and equipment needs with goal of improving efficiencies and reducing waste.
* Develops measures for and oversees data collection for key processes and outcomes, including those identified by the owners as important.
Analyzes data to identify opportunities for improvement
* Leads process improvement efforts for identified opportunities for improvement.
* Ensures that deliverables meet customers needs: clean, good working order, timely, safe.
* Works in the field as needed and ensures that systems are in place during on and off hours for responding to unanticipated needs or concerns.
* Proficient in the use of, Outlook, Excel and Office.
* Knowledgeable regarding applicable regulatory requirements and ensures compliance with these requirements.
* Provides input into purchases, including capital purchases for equipment and products utilized in operations.
* Ensures communication between all is timely, efficient and productive.
* Responsible for maintaining a positive, progressive corporate culture.
* Manages multiple priorities and ensures completion of all necessary tasks for operations.
* Provides budget reports to owner(s).
* Utilizes problem solving skills to respond and manage daily field operations.
* Demonstrates independence requiring minimal oversight.
* Responsible for meeting semi-annual and annual goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.
00 - $50,000.
