*Job Duties*

Will be responsible for managing all the employees.

Maintains an open line of communications with Caterpillar Management, for notification of process/quality issues affecting internal/external customers.

Scheduling the employees’ work timings to ensure 24/7 availability in the facility.
*
*4.
Will be responsible for scheduling and managing the active and upcoming projects.
*
*5.
Reviewing the employee’s performance in a timely manner to deliver a quality output and maximize productivity.
*
*6.
Regular tracking and maintaining a record of all the work performed.
*
*7.
Identify new and track the existing cost savings projects for the facility.
*
*8.
Scheduling the meetings weekly, or bi-weekly, with the facility personnel to resolve any queries and to track the projects that are in progress.
*
*9.
Tracking and maintaining the KPIs regularly to identify the gaps and developing strategies to overcome, if any.
*
*10.
Develop and manage control charts for critical process equipment as it relates to fluid performance.
This includes but is not limited to Cleanliness, Titration, Chemical Make-up, etc.
*
*11.
Developing and modifying the training programs and work instructions to keep the facility personnel updated.
*
*12.
Develop and improve central system clean out processes, frequency, and procedures.
*
*13.
Identify and validate (with ME and Facilities staff) alternate providers of chemicals and fluids.
This should focus on best value without a decline in performance.
*
*14.
Develop and execute cost-savings projects to deliver year on year savings.
*
*15.
Create & report process fluid cost & performance metrics for Cat Pontiac facility engineering management & Cat Process Fluid ME*
*16.
Direct priorities of fluid management personnel daily, including weekday off-shifts and weekends*
*17.
Coordinate all central system/wash system cleanouts with process maintenance provider, Wastewater treatment, Facilities and Wash ME.

*18.
Be single point escalation to Contract Administration.
*
*19.
Actively identify cost savings opportunities to Facilities and Wash ME personnel.
*
*Qualifications*
* *4-year degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Preferred*
* *\*Or 5 years’ experience in the industry\**
* *Management Experience*
* *Strong Background in Chemistry*
* *Proficient in Microsoft Office*
* *Able to quickly learn new computer software*
* *Excellent Communication Skills*
* *Self-Motivated person able to work without direct supervision*
* *Able to work within a team environment*
* *Basic Mechanical Skills*
* *On the job training will be provided for Site Specific Tasks*
