The Brewery Operations Manager (BOM) is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all operations of the brewery, including but not limited to production, fermentation, cellaring, packaging, and people management.
The position requires significant experience and training in many facets of personnel supervision and professional brewery, cellar & packaging operations.
In this job, you will be responsible for supervising, leading, mentoring, and coaching the brewery team members in interpersonal and technical growth, as well as guiding and optimizing the operational performance of DESTIHL Brewery.
The Brewery Operations Manager works alongside the Brewmaster/Production Manager to ensure we are producing and packaging sufficient quantities of quality beer that is available for sale at wholesale and retail.
The BOM will ensure the availability of adequate staffing for all areas of production.
This will include scheduling, hiring, training, and employee reviews.
The position is based at DESTIHL Brewery and reports directly to the Brewery Administrator.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.
