JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for supporting the configuration and maintenance of the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system and its integrations to other systems.
The role will be an integral team member supporting all HR systems projects and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
The role also supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimal functioning of the organization's internal Human Resource Information Systems, ensuring they meet current and future needs.
Manage the enhancement, upgrade, and implementation of new applications, systems, and modules within the HRIS framework, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
Lead the review and refinement of existing HR processes, developing fit-gap analyses to highlight areas of improvement and ensure optimal performance during day-to-day operations and project implementation phases.
Work closely with the IT team to co-develop, implement, and modify system requirements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of HR systems.
Manage user permissions, access controls, and other system configurations, ensuring a secure and streamlined user experience for HR service users.
Uphold and enforce stringent data security and governance standards, overseeing the review, approval, and management of HR data credentials across the organization.
Implement data governance frameworks to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
Regularly audit HRIS data, identify inconsistencies or anomalies, and initiate corrective actions to maintain high data quality standards.
Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications.
Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.
g.
payroll).
Use project management skills in managing projects.
May provide overall project management for a given initiatives.
Maintain awareness of current trends in HCM with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.
Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics in support of the People team and other business leaders as needed.
Work collaboratively with Finance and HR team to provide technical direction and training to ensure effective utilization of HR Systems.
Assist with communications related to new systems and initiatives.
Cross-training of field and practice managers on the HRIS reporting capabilities, providing general ledger reporting to HR and Accounting teams on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Reconciliation and confirmation of Payroll among internal acquired businesses.
Rigorously test all system changes, approved workflows, and modifications, and ensure they meet organizational standards and requirements.
Build and maintain a strong functional HRIS team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building and succession planning.
Prepare and participate in the preparation of staff development plans for each functional associate who is a member of the HRIS team.
Assess the skills and skill levels necessary to achieve HRIS work objectives.
Promote proactive approaches using the HRIS to solve business needs/problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HRIS capabilities.
Plan, budget and forecast HRIS needs and applications.
Maintain awareness of vendor plans and the potential impact of those plans on current and future HRIS functionality.
When apprised, the HRIS Manager will review impending business issues that will have a direct impact on the HRIS and provide senior management with an assessment of the HRIS impact, scheduling considerations and other information required for a complete business case.

Required Education and Experience 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Ceridian Dayforce 8 years of experience managing a progressively more complex experience in the field of Human Resources Information Systems or related field Maintain and analyze position records of actual versus budget in the HRIS system.
Developing a comprehensive detailed statistics model on turnover data patterns to maximize forecasting accuracy capability and ensuring cost effective labor.
Educating and building end-user data literacy Solid business insight, coupled with a demonstrated capability in data analysis.
Possesses a keen aptitude for deep data exploration, yielding significant insights and conclusions.
Skilled in crafting and adjusting data models and relational database structures.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability for presenting analytical findings to audiences unfamiliar with technical jargon.
Experience working within an HR team, gaining knowledge of HR policies and procedures to configure the HRIS system to align with organizational requirements.
Advance knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, macros, duplicate detection), PowerPoint and Word.
A positive attitude and an earnest interest in providing good customer service.
Able to work under pressure / multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Human Resources systems besides Ceridian Dayforce would be an advantage.
Proven ability to understand and support complex pay policies and entitlements.
Experience with Benefits Open Enrollment and Qualified Life Events configuration and support Self-motivated and autonomous yet thrives in team settings and is goal oriented.
Capable of engaging effectively with management at all tiers.
Proven proficiency in resolving intricate issues.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
