We are currently seeking a full-time community manager to run the day-to-day operations of a manufactured home community in an efficient and professional manner in order to achieve goals in customer satisfaction, occupancy, delinquency, community appearance, sales, revenue generation and cost control.

*Responsibilities will include:*
* Growing and maintaining community occupancy
* Overseeing the sales of on-site homes
* Managing all required resident documentation and confidentiality
* Maintaining resident ledgers and keeping the management system up to date
* Generating monthly bills, collecting monthly rent and/or fees, and posting payments
* Conducting daily physical inspections of homes and/or homesites
* Enforcing community rules, maintaining community safety, and responding to emergencies
* Ensuring the appearance of the property is safe, neat, and welcoming
* Effectively leading a team through hiring and training of employees
* Working with the Regional Manager to set and achieve goals in terms of occupancy, sales, delinquency, etc.
* Provide oversight of vendors working on property
* Other tasks as needed or assigned by management
*This candidate must:*
* Have at least 2 years of experience in property management or higher-level management
* Have a valid driver’s license
* Be proficient in basic _Microsoft_ applications
* Be detail-oriented and provide excellent customer service to tenants
* Posses strong leadership skills
* A strong willingness to learn
* Able to handle conflict resolution and on-site incidents
* Experience using the _Manage America_ Property Management Software is a plus

This position has a competitive monthly bonus structure on top of a negotiated starting hourly pay.
Bonuses can be earned based on meeting specific budget requirements.
