Job Summary
The Enrollment Manager is responsible for the oversight and dissemination of enrollment data and processes for ISU to support international units on campus.
This position develops and maintains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to assist students and enhance their enrollment experience at Illinois State University.
The Enrollment Manager will work in close collaboration with the INTO North America Application Processing Center, ISU International Admissions, and Registrar’s office along with other relevant departments.
Salary Rate / Pay Rate $47,834 - $55,000 annual Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in business, communication, education, humanities, public relations, social sciences, or a field related to the position.
Two years of professional work experience in admissions, records, registration, and/or closely related experience within an educational setting.
Note: A Master’s degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one year of work experience.
Experience using data systems to generate reports Demonstrated ability to work with a team Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications and organizational skills Computer and electronic communication literacy Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Student Information Systems, e.
