Operations Manager / Operations

This position is responsible for the outside operations of Cooksville Grain.
This role includes: Customer service, employee supervision, safety training, facility and equipment maintenance, inventory control and assisting the General Manager in achieving the company goals.
Essential Job Duties: Abide and promote safety and environmental policies, protocol and procedures.
Supervise and train outside employees in the operations of the elevator.
Promote teamwork and a positive image.
Assure proper grain storage and conditions to maintain high quality.
Preform preventative maintenance.
Promote a clean facility and ensure compliance.
Work extended hours during harvest season.
Have a neat and clean appearance with a positive attitude.
Any other duties as assigned by General Manager.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.
00 - $75,000.
