items taken that were notscrap (Bloomington)

Next to my dumpster was a water heater, a table, various parts, a gallon of paint stripper, and other misc items.
These have all been taken between noon and 8 pm today.
Please return them.
I am willing to pay $ 100 for their safe return (minus water heater).
At least one of the parts was an exterior housing for a chainsaw I am restoring from the 60s that has high sentimental value.
This is not a replaceable part.
