Responsibilities:
Responds to visitor or caller inquiries and requests and/or refers them to the appropriate staff member
Schedules appointments and maintains Leaders calendar
Organizes and maintains records, files, procedural manuals, reference materials, data, and miscellaneous information
Prepares correspondence, reports, and/or materials for appointments, meetings, etc
Receives, opens, and/or distributes mail, printed materials, supplies, etc
Requisitions supplies, equipment, printing, maintenance, and other services
Arranges meeting facility, seating, refreshments, equipment, and other services, as requested
Coordination and planning of large events
Gather and analyze Claim Litigation Counsel (CLC) metric data
Maintain CLC policies and procedures
Create, distribute and track annual claims survey results
Create job ads and scheduling interviews
Assist with annual audit requests
Assist with Business Continuity Plan processes
Mentors and trains others, as needed
May participate in the annual furniture and equipment inventory process
May arrange travel and lodging reservations
May work with external business partners and vendors
The selected individual will be considered a hybrid employee, spending required time in the office with some optional opportunities to work in a virtual environment at times.

Qualifications:
This position will support the Associate General Counsel and a team of Attorneys for the HR/Agency Litigation Team.
This role requires exceptional relationship building, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
The ability to use resources, manage conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, work independently with minimal supervision, and communicate in both written and verbal formats is also crucial for success in this role.
