Allison & Mosby Scott is seeking a paralegal to help with our high volume of family law litigation cases.
Experience is required, focus on family law is preferred, but not required.
Paralegals must be organized, able to work independently, as well as, collaborate with clients and attorneys throughout the case and possess a comprehensive understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in basic computer knowledge, excel at organization, management of a high volume of cases, and is detail oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Closely working with clients and Attorneys throughout the case.
* Manage the deadlines and work through the case.
* Answer, screening and forwarding client calls
* Scheduling appointments, deadlines and court hearings.
* Review and approve the work product of legal assistants.
* Drafting of legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
* Draft discovery, manage process and perform initial analysis of compliance and deficiencies.
* Prepare and organize exhibits.
* Assist counsel in hearings and at trial.
* Draft settlement documents.
* Assist with drafting of appeals.
* Monitor and assist with management of client’s accounts.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Family Law experience (preferred, not required).
* Litigation experience (preferred, not required).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Analytical skills.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Attention to detail.
* Proficient in proofreading legal documents for accuracy and completeness
* Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
* Capacity to regulate and perform under stress.
This position is also eligible for bonus pay and paid holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
00 - $75,000.
