Legal Administrative Assistant

*Legal Administrative Assistant* A well-established law firm in Bloomington, Illinois is seeking an energetic, highly organized, fast learner who will become a part of our amazing team.
This is a full-time position working closely to support our attorneys, managers, and paralegal team.
This position requires a wide variety of skills.
*Responsibilities*: * Handle incoming and outgoing daily mail.
* Drafting e-mail and letters for clients * Utilization of case management tools for internal and external/client use * Document maintenance to track case status.
* Assist in the preparation of forms.
* Maintaining electronic and paper files * Effectively communicating with clients regarding their case * Backup and assist receptionist as needed.
*Skills:* * Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to take ownership of assignments and work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Flexibility and willingness to handle a variety of tasks, able to multi-task.
