As an Agency Training Instructor, you'll work with new and existing Insurance Agents providing product, sales, and systems training to assist them as they grow their business with COUNTRY.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.
How does an Agency Training Instructor make an impact?
Facilitates, conducts and evaluates training to sell the organization's products and/or services for company sales or management personnel.
Contributes to the development and enhancement of training by providing feedback to leadership on activities, content, techniques, and/or resources to effectively administer training as it relates to overall relevance and success in the classroom.
May arrange for key internal/external sales, technical, marketing or product specialists to serve as instructors or guest speakers.
Continuously monitors and evaluates training to ensure sales training activities are teaching sales representatives the characteristics and applications of company products and how to effectively sell products.
Conducts needs assessment, analyzes gaps/needs, and implements training need solutions to ensure training programs are properly orienting company management and product field support personnel to performing in their roles in the overall marketing plan.
Proactively works with business partners to identify current and future sales skills needs.
Develops and promotes effective communication networks within markets in collaboration with agency personnel, their staff, agency leadership, home office business partners in support of overall business and sales objectives.
Works with leaders to deliver special growth initiatives & other efforts specific to markets.
Do you have what we’re looking for?
Requires P/C, L/H, and Series 6/63 licenses within 90 days of start date.
Typically requires Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of sales/industry experience OR Master's degree and at least 3 years of sales/industry experience OR at least 7 years of sales/industry experience.
