We seek applicants for a part-time Assistant Cross Country Coach to join our staff and work alongside our Head Coach in managing a successful women's and men's distance running program.
Your primary focus will be working with student-athletes to reach their full potential and leading recruitment efforts to bring in exceptional talent.
We are looking for coaches who are committed to the growth and development of collegiate athletes.
This position offers the opportunity to shape and guide athletes towards greatness, fostering their personal and athletic growth in a supportive environment.

Requirements
Associate degree
Competitive collegiate running and/or coaching experience
Ability to work inclusively within a diverse campus community
Ability to promote the academic and social-emotional success of student athletes
Desired Qualifications
Competitive running and/or coaching experience
The successful candidate will be required to follow regulations and guidelines of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), the Athletics Department, and Heartland Community College.
