Seasonal Youth T-Ball/Wee Ball Coach

The position will be responsible for supervising/coaching youth in a team setting.
Staff work within the program to teach youth baseball and softball skills.
Program runs evenings 5-7pm or 9-11am (staff preference).
The season will begin the first week of June and run until late July.
Examples of Work Performed: * Follow weekly practice plans * Instructing groups of children (Ages 3-5) * Communicate new skills and techniques to beginner level players * Enforcing program rules * Care of supplies and equipment Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Must have knowledge of the sport of baseball/softball * Must be able to demonstrate proper techniques to participants * Must enjoy working with young children * Must be outgoing and able to lead The Town of Normal is an equal opportunity employer.
