Job Summary
This position serves as the initial contact for institutional financial aid inquiries, including emails, phone calls, and front desk reception.
Duties include counseling, advising, and directing inquiries for applicants and recipients of student financial aid.
Financial Aid Representatives are responsible for understanding and maintaining an extensive understanding of financial aid programs, processes, requirements, and policies.
This position provides assistance with receiving and preparing forms and documentation necessary for processing aid.
Responsibilities also include assistance with administrative work and computer data entry.
This position also represents the office at on and off-campus events.
